Design Lead for Architecture + Design Team

In this project, the following actions were taken to improve store performance:

  1. Assisting merchandising team: The first action was to assist the merchandising team in developing Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) to analyze store performance. This involved gathering data and identifying the most important metrics to track store success.

  2. Right-sizing the store: Based on the learnings from the KPI analysis, the second action was to "right size" the store by adjusting the space allocated to each product category. This involved re-evaluating the store's layout to optimize the use of space and improve the customer experience.

  3. Innovative architectural solutions: The third action was to develop innovative architectural solutions to accommodate the adjustments. This involved exploring creative ways to enhance the store's layout and design to better meet the needs of customers and improve store efficiency.

  4. Pitching to stakeholders: I developed and pitch the concept, scope of work, budget, and timeline to stakeholders. This involved presenting the plans and proposals to key decision-makers and gaining their support for the project.

These actions aimed to improve store performance by optimizing the use of space, enhancing the customer experience, and creating innovative solutions to address specific challenges. By implementing these changes, the team aimed to increase sales and customer satisfaction, and establish the store as a leading destination within the travel and convenient store industry.
